About
I'm a deeply curious explorer. I use art as a process to understand myself and the world beyond. Living in the West, my work explores themes of vastness and impermanence. The vast landscapes remind me to be expansive and divest myself from limiting internal beliefs. The seasonality illuminates the power of presence and impermanence.
My greatest teacher is nature. My art practice always begins with time in nature, usually slow walks to observe and absorb the landscape. My work is a translation of place, a way to listen and respond. My designs and mediums evolve and reflect these experiences, with my primary practices including metal and fiber.
