What is your return policy?

Ordering online can have it’s challenging, if your AEO doesn’t fit right I’d be happy to work with you on arranging a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Simply follow these steps HERE. If you have any questions about this process, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

Orders generally take 3-7 days to ship with occasional exceptions. Being a one woman business I work as fast as I can to get the wares to you! Items are shipped USPS first class mail, Priority Mail 2-3 day.  All Priority Mail shipments automatically come with $50 insurance. AEO designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you need an item shipped by a certain time or if you would like to arrange for a local pick-up, please email alicia.odell@gmail.com to make arrangements.

How do I clean & care for my AEO jewelry?

Each piece of AEO jewelry is carefully made by hand and should be cared for gently. To prolong its integrity and prevent tarnish, store jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or jewelry box after each use. Like most raw metals, your jewelry may take on it’s own patina. To polish, gently rub with a jewelry polishing cloth or fine steel wool to restore its shine. For more details check the ‘Care’ page.

Help! I don’t know my ring size!

Ring sizing is always an issue, especially if you want to surprise someone! This is a great resource to help the process. To find your or someone else's ring size, carefully follow the instructions HERE. If used correctly, this is a great tool to accurately determine a ring size.

Do you take custom orders?

YES! If you are interested in having a piece made for a special occasion, please visit our custom page HERE and be in touch with your request. *Please note that custom orders generally take 8-12 weeks to complete.

What do I do about damaged or broken jewelry?

AEO jewelry is carefully made to last for years of normal wear and tear. However, if for some reason your piece breaks due to flaws in the craftsmanship, we will happily repair it within the first year of purchase. We are not responsible for mistreated, lost or stolen jewelry. If your jewelry was purchased over a year ago, we are still happy to repair it for a small fee. Please contact me at alicia.odell@gmail.com with any questions..

Where can I see your jewelry in person and try on all of these lovely items?

AEO jewelry is represented by some lovely boutiques, mostly in the New England area check out the 'Stockists' tab to see all the places. Additionally, AEO does a few art shows a year so be sure to check out the ‘Events’ page or follow along on IG to be notified for the latest shows.
