Returns and exchanges
I believe that happy customers are the heart of a good business. If you have any issues with your jewelry please let me know. I will try and accommodate any reasonable requests.
Damaged items in shipping can be processed right away. Items lost in transit will need to wait the 7 days before claims can be filed. Refunds will not be given until the claim is closed.
Items made "ready to ship" in the shop are returnable within 14 days of the payment date. All shipping and handling fees will be the customer's responsibility for returns.
Custom items made specifically for a customer are not refundable.
Ring sizes often vary. I use a high quality ring sizing system, but cannot guarantee ring sizing. Rings that are "ready to ship" can be return within 14 days of the payment date for a refund if it does not fit. Rings "made to order" in the customer's size cannot be refunded due to sizing issues.
